Resort TV Cable is doubling down on their poor customer service in a new ad campaign. General Manager Chuck Launius said in a statement that the new ads are aimed at being honest with customers. ”With our company, you're going to get good service occasionally at a high ass price with shitty customer service.”
The cable company hopes the campaign will let customers know that they don't care about complaints and that staff are receiving new training on more efficient ways to tell people to ”fuck off” when calling to complain.
