Hot Springs, AR - As flooding continues throughout Central Arkansas, some residents of Hot Springs are making the best out of a bad situation by catching up on some fishing on portions of Central Avenue. "Police are saying stay off the roads, but I've caught 20 catfish so far," one sidewalk angler said.
"There is widespread flooding and fishing in Hot Springs. Please do not attempt to cross flooded roadways for fear of drowning or accidentally getting hooked," Hot Springs police said in a Facebook post.
